  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Inventory & Omissions: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect info due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for that product.

3. Payment, Orders & Billing

  • Payment Gateways: All online payments made through our website are securely processed via our integrated payment gateway partner (Fiuu). Manual orders may be fulfilled via manually generated payment links. By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with the processing terms of our payment provider.

  • International Sourcing: Certain items on our store are classified as International Pre-Orders. Once an order for an international pre-order title is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded, as resources are immediately deployed to source the item from overseas.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment Partners: Automated website orders are shipped primarily via EasyParcel using the customer's selected courier. Manual orders are fulfilled using our corporate Ninja Van account.

  • Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from ILHAM Books are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier carrier.

  • Delivery Timelines: While we endeavor to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates provided by third-party couriers and are not guaranteed.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All claims for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly governed by our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy directly on our website for detailed workflows regarding local and international transactions.

  • Copyright & Ownership: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, book summaries, and digital downloads, is the property of ILHAM Books or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.
